Officer: *Emerges from the water with a grunt* You there, Sir!! I certainly hope you’ve got a fishing license!
Guy: *Panicking* Wha, no, I don’t!
Officer: Oh no?
Guy: *Screaming*
Officer: I’ll have you beheaded!!
